Orders are dispatched from our South El Monte, CA warehouse within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, though occasional customs or courier delays may affect the delivery timeframe.

Is a Signature Required for Delivery?
No, a signature is not required for delivery. Your package will be left at your address unless otherwise specified by the courier.

Return Policy
Unopened orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
